Abstract
Experimental study has been carried out to verify the reduction of fuel consumption and CO2 emission on hydrocarbon fuel combustion using the electro-magnetic resonance high efficiency combustion technique in the regime of far infrared ray. Experimental verification has been also conducted by using the co-axial diffusion flame, fuel spray combustion and practical boiler combustion. Especially, in this study, the method of the verification for energy saving of fuel consumption including the variance, standard deviation and heat release rate is examined in detail by means of practical boilers of once through boilers, smoke tube and flue boilers and steam tube boilers. The experimental results show that, the electromagnetic resonance high efficiency combustion technique is very significant method to reduce the fuel consumption and CO2 emission on hydrocarbon fuel combustion.
