Proposed is a scheme that creates a global circulation of the working fluid in a boiler under micro-gravity. In this paper the focus is set on the evaporator that has a texture of hydrophobic and hydrophylic surfaces in a micro-channel net. An analytical model is developed to show that the combination of axial hydrophobic channels and radial hydrophylic channels produce a desired effect of orienting vapour packets away from the heater surface.
