Abstract
In general, the cooking skills and knowledge vary depending on their experiences. In this research, we propose a cooking support system that takes account of user's cooking skills. At the first time when a user uses the system, the user's skill is evaluated by just answering several questionnaires, which are selected knowledge by association analysis. With a few questionnaires the system evaluates all the kind of procedures needed for cooking if it is difficult or not for that user and categorize recipes into three kinds of difficulties for the user. We conducted experiments with subjects and confirmed that the proposed method could categorize recipes properly.
