Abstract
In this paper we describe the development of a power assisted carry-cart for the HOT patient's going out with an oxygen cylinder. By using the inverted pendulum control for power assist. We applied the inverted pendulum control to control the carry-cart posture, and verified its effectiveness by computer simulations.
