Abstract
In recent years, a robot, that is not highly accurate and highly efficient like industrial robots in factories but is able to move like humans and is used near humans, has been studied and developed. In order to let robots move like humans, it is necessary to investigate human's movement mechanism. Human's movement is affected by external information from each sense organ. Information from eyes is especially about 87% of external information, therefore it is important to know how humans use sight when they are acting. We investigated relation between line of sight and hand movement when humans grasp and transfer a cylinder as a three-dimensional object.
