Abstract
In recent years, in order to reduce traffic accidents, support systems for driving safety were put in practical use, such as ITS. However, the support system which considers driver's intention is not developed. If the system reflects the intentions of the driver, important information will be provided at suitable timing. Authors have studied estimation method for driver's intention, however, it was cleared that the difficulty of collection method for true value of the driver's intentions in the previous study. Therefore, in this study, reasonable definition method for driver's intention labels is proposed and the assuming of compliance with traffic rules, driving environment on the driving simulator to induce driver's intention changes by using traffic flow and environmental control has been designed. The validity of proposed method and designed environment have been confirmed through the experiments with subject drivers and estimation of their intention changes.
