Abstract
The need for high-speed and high-precision positioning control is rapidly growing in semiconductor products. To achieve such requirements, several control methods have been proposed in the case of multiaxis servo drive system. In this paper, we propose a new predictive compensation method to suppress the influence torque between the multiaxis servo drive. This method determines a compensation torque to become the multiaxis servo errors minimal. The simulation results show the effectiveness of proposed predictive compensation method.
