Abstract
We focused on the difference of knee alignment and measured the human walking motion by using a wireless sensor system. Subjects were separated into three groups by knee alignment as normal knee, genu varum, genu valgum. We conducted a synchronization experiment using EMG system that measures the muscle potential, tactile system that measures the ground reaction force, and motion capture system that measures the walking motion. In muscle potential, genu valgum was significantly higher than normal knee in vastus lateralis, rectus femoris, femoral biceps, and tibialis anterior. In the measurement of walking, there was a negative correlation between FTA and knee marker locus area.
