Abstract
One of the medical issues of our country is increasing of the burden of doctors per capita by aging society and localization of the doctor. Although we have developed the Robotic echography for Diagnosis and Treatment Support System (ReDAT), the method of evaluating this system quantitatively was not established. In this paper, we have measured tiredness and stress of subjects at ultrasound probe scanning supported by holding support function of ReDAT. As a result, the subject's tiredness were decreased by this system, but their stress were increased. So, this system is effectively to reduce subject's tiredness, but this system has some problem for reducing stress. One of the reasons of this problem is fear and uneasiness of examiners by this robot. So, we will research the affino between subjects, patients and this system.
