Abstract
Monitoring of biosignals plays important role in health management in daily life. It is highly required to casually sense the biosignals. We have developed highly sensitive, wide-measurement-range compact load sensors to sense the biosignals such as pulse, breath, and posture. However, the sensing system was not suited for monitoring of biosignals in daily life due to the huge measurement system. The objective of this study is to miniaturize the sensing system of QCR load sensor for application to biosignals detection in daily life. We fabricated a QCR load sensor with high withstand load of more than 300 N, and we developed compact sensing system using multiplier circuit. We succeeded in detecting multiple biosignals (respiration, heartbeat, and posture) using the fabricated compact sensing system.
