Abstract

MCF haptic rubber which contains a natural rubber and a magnetic compound fluid (MCF) compounded μm-ordered metal particles and magnetic fluid (MF) is electrically polymerized under the application of a DC magnetic field. By the alignment of the magnetic clusters of the metal particles and the magnetic particles (Fe3O4) of the MF by the magnetic field, the double bonds of C are aligned along its same direction. At that time, ions are trapped inner the MCF rubber. Therefore, the electric current can be transmitted inner the MCF rubber by the suppression without using a power supply, that is to say, self-induction voltage occurs. In addition, its extensibility and flexibility cannot be lost.
