To establish the most suitable method and its parameters in estimating beef marbling score in live beef cattle, this paper developed the system which could share brief analyzing results and the measured data online. The user of this system can investigate the correlation between the bioimpedance values and the BMS numbers, further explore the history of the measurement values. In this paper the dataset were measured from 42 Japanese Black and Holstein beef cattle, Two kinds of electrodes and two frequency conditions were used. The intracellular resistance was calculated based on Hayden model. In the user test, we confirmed the usefulness of the developed system.
