A study for myoblasts' orientation using collagen sheets

Abstract

In this study to develop a bio-actuator using C2C12 cells, we propose to align the orientations of the cells using a collagen sheet. A cell was seeded and cultivated to an orientation collagen sheet, rounding that half of the cultivated cell had the same orientation which showed the collagen sheet to control the orientation of the C2C12 cells.
