This paper describes a wearable actuator which presses both toes and an ankle for exercise. First, the effect to move both toes and an ankle and the effective timing of moving toes for an ankle is inspected from a view point of promoting blood velocity. It determines motions to support from the result. To realize these motions, two types of fluid powered actuators with flexible structure are proposed to generate pulling motion and pushing one. The proposed wearable actuator can realize two motions for one direction by using one balloon-actuator and two bending-actuators. Additionally, in order to measure impulse that actuators give to human, a sensing device composed of two chambers and water via the inside and a control device composed of flat tubes and a buckling case is proposed. The proposed whole system could successfully promote blood velocity.
