In this paper, we propose a method to assemble microscale structure made of gel under fluidic environments using a motile bacteria L. biflexa as a bioactuator. L. biflexa is helical shaped bacteria which demonstrates very high motility in high viscosity fluids. We utilize this bacterium as a mechanical screw to bind basic components together as a primary experiment, leading to a completely new micro-assembly technique which realizes components that self-organize itself into arbitrary shape and sized structures.
