Abstract

This paper presents an adhesive dispensing system which is used in an automobile factory. The current system in a factory needs window's positioning jig and teaching data for the operation, and they spend time and costs. Therefore, the system that doesn't need jig and teaching is required. The aim of this study is to develop an adhesive dispensing system that detects the position and orientation of window glass mounted on the table and dispenses adhesive onto the window glass according to CAD data.
