Abstract

We developed the wearable exercise system ”Semi-Active Muscle Training Suit” in order to prevent astronauts in the space from muscle atrophy and show training effect same as normal training. In this research, we designed fluctuating load design method considering optimized training effect and system output using our system. We used muscular activity model ”Biarticular Muscle Control Model” to recognize muscle activity during muscle training with our system. This model showed the possibility to design optimized load effect that HW output reduction and effective training.
