Abstract

In this study, a remote support system using mature products with projection technique that can intuitively support, is proposed. Along with advances in technology, the functions of equipment have become sophisticated, and the work required for operators is complicated. In addition, it is expected that the number of operators who are unfamiliar with the operation of the equipment will increase due to aging in recent years, diversification of equipment, aging of infrastructure and so on. If an unskilled person who lacks knowledge and experience operates the equipment, there is a fear that the malfunction of the machine or the injury of the operators is caused by the operation error. Thus, it is necessary for experts to support the work of nonexperts. Therefore, we propose a system that experts support field workers remotely using mature products. In this paper, a concept and summary of the system is described.
