Abstract

The structured light field (SLF) has been proposed as a method for acquiring 3D information at high speed. The SLF estimates depth information by projecting information on distance directly to a target. On the other hand, dynamic projection mapping has attracted attention in recent years. It is important to measure the position and attitude of the target at high speed. In this paper, we propose markerless dynamic projection mapping as an application of the SLF. The SLF estimates the position and attitude of the target, and a simple projector with laser and Galvano mirror was used as a high-speed projector in order to achieve fast feedback. The developed demonstrated system dynamic projection mapping at 500 fps.
