Acoustic signal generation by Echo State Network and Speech coding

Abstract

In this paper, we tried to improve the accuracy of time series prediction by ESN and μ-law as a preliminary stage of waveform level Speech synthesis by ESN. As a result, the accuracy of time series prediction for training data was improved, and the effect was also confirmed for unknown data.
