Study on myoblasts contractile behavior by electrical stimulation

Abstract

In this study to develop a bio-actuator using C2C12 cells, we evaluated the contractile behavior of myotube cells by electrical stimulation. We observed the response of myotube cells to electrical pulse stimulation by changing frequency and applied voltage. We confirmed that the behavior of myotube cells changes by the change of electrical stimulation.
