Our photochemical cell membrane perforation method, which applies nano-brush shaped and photosensitizer contained cell membrane perforator, requires optimization of parameters, i.e. applying pressure to cell membrane via the perforator, light intensity and duration. We have been developing automated and high-throughput parameters screening system for the method. The components of the system are, automated fluorescence microscope, CCD camera and the perforator operating instrument. In this research, we could build a new, more stable system for the purpose with tuned software. The system can perform 20 different conditions for the screening at once, and we could fix some basic parameters for rabbit heart muscle cells.
