In this paper, we propose a rotary type actuator using a bio-molecular motor, and attempted orientation control of molecular motor. Molecular motors can build actuators from the molecular level using self-organization. Furthermore, it does not require a power source because it is driven using chemical energy. From these characteristics, molecular motor actuators have the potential as actuators that can be mounted on autonomous micro robots that operate in narrow regions in the body. In order to fabricate an actuator using a molecular motor, it is necessary to control the orientation of the molecular motor. For this reason, in this study, orientation control was performed using a flow field. As a result, it was confirmed that the molecular motor had an orientation peak in the flow field direction. In addition, we used eddy currents to orient the molecular motor in the circumferential direction, and we conducted a vortex flow formation experiment.
