Recently, automation by industrial robots have progressed in many factories. However, there are some processes that are not easy to automate. One of those processes is kitting. So, the robot co-worker in kitting process, KitPaDY (Kitting Parts robot Delivery system) has been proposed as the system that can be introduced to small scale processes and that is relatively inexpensive. In this paper, authors integrated ”the parts delivery system” and ”the kitting detection system.” Then, simulated kitting work was conducted as an operation verification. The parts delivery system was able to carry the necessary parts to the worker. The kitting detection system can check the correctness of the parts taken out. As a result, the series of kitting work was completely successful.
