Abstract

Porous materials have been applied in various applications such as cushioning materials and adsorbing materials. Furthermore, it can be considered that it can be applied to packing etc. by making it into a thin film. Therefore, a method of manufacturing a porous material thin film will be described. Further, ultrasonic treatment in the conventional manufacturing process takes time to process and has a problem of product variation. Therefore, the mechanical evaluation of the effect of ultrasonic treatment was carried out.
