We aim to achieve a massively parallel localized intracellular delivery method for uniform transfection. The intracellular delivery of nucleic acids on a localized region is significant to control the quality of cells more precisely than the previous transfection methods. We developed an optical system for achieving laser ablation, which is necessary for cell membrane perforation. Cavitation bubbles were generated after laser ablation by irradiation of green pulse laser in water. We observed laser ablation of a Ti film without bubble formation in silicone oil.
