Abstract

In the research theme of social implementation type, agile type development which feeds back user's evaluation and repeats improvement frequently, is often used. However, research that requires a mechanical device such as a robot requires a lot of time to design and develop the device. Therefore, we aim to develop a mobile robot platform that can be applied to various social implementation type research themes, for EV autonomous mobile robots that are expected to be popularized in the future. In this research, based on a two-wheel drive robot equipped with an in-wheel motor, we develop it using ROS which is open source software.
