Abstract

In this paper, we investigated the efficacy of force stimuli for motion timing display. To teach the appropriate motion in sports or rehabilitation, motion start timing is often delivered from a coach to the person. This paper proposed to use force stimuli to deliver the motion start timing created by wearable pneumatic artificial muscle. We evaluated the delay in motion when using visual, auditory, vibration, and force stimuli.
