Abstract

Powders are used in a wide range of fields such as foods, pharmaceuticals, industrial products and the like. Although a screw conveyor is used for conveying the powder handled by the printing machine, due to high shear force and heating of the motor, it exerts a great influence on printing. Therefore, low shear force and high speed conveyance at low temperature are required. We developed a delivery device that mimics the intestinal tract demonstrated successful transport of the highly viscous and powders. In this study, the elastic pipeline used was given a shape phase change of a fixed angle, and an increase in the conveying amount was confirmed.
