Abstract

The eye sensing technology using EOG is thought to be useful as a simple human interface that does not use fingers. However, only the planar viewpoint movement and blinking are used in the human interface by EOG. In this study, we aimed to measure and use the vergence movement and eye movement during eyes closed. In this research, we made a measuring equipment and actually measured the vergence and the eye movement during eyes closed. In addition, experiments using eye movements during eyes closed were performed and showed that it can be used as a human interface.
