Abstract

Teamwork for social organization is attracting a lot of attention. A social organization needs an evaluation method to determine if the team possess a good teamwork. Questionnaire is a good method to evaluate teamwork, but it can’t be used in real-time. In cooperative tasks, we aim to objectively evaluate teamwork in real-time by focusing on“ Concern For Others: CFO ” which is an element of teamwork. In addition, a cooperative task carried out for a long time is also an important teamwork element. Especially, the stress that negatively affects operator needs to be eliminated for the long time cooperative task. Therefore, the purpose of this study is to get an objective evaluation of teamwork using the CFO estimation and stress measurement. The results of the experiment is: during the cooperative task with low CFO, the operator has been feeling stress.
