The authors have developed a peristaltic mixer simulating intestinal movement that can transport highly viscous fluids and mixed fluids of solid and liquid. Currently, we are aiming to manufacture solid propellant and realize sediment transport. In this report, we will consider real-time understanding of the internal state of the equipment by sensing compressed air related to the drive of the equipment. Specifically, since volumetric change of contents occurs at the time of solid propellant production, we attempted to detect volume change of contents. From the experimental results, we believe that it is possible to detect the volume change of contents.
