This paper reports about coaching policies and 6 years results of Yuge College B team in the KOSEN ROBOCON. The KOSEN ROBOCON is a tournament that students compete with the robots they made. Yuge College B team is composed of a small number of robot making beginners. The author has decided five coaching policies for a team of small number of robot making beginners based on activity of Yuge College B team in the 2015. Status of compliance with these coaching policies for the 6 years from the 2014 to the 2019 is described. In addition, this paper introduces this team’s robot making in the 2019 that achieved the best result in the past 6 years.
