Abstract

Various methods of suppressing the swing of the load have been studied because the swing and rotation of the suspended luggage may lead to a decrease in work efficiency or an accident. On the other hand, a small multi-rotor that can move in the air, take pictures and deliver luggage has been actively studied in recent years. In this study, a horizontally moving multi-rotor is developed using two element technologies of load sway and multi-rotor. After describing a new method of load sway suppression using a multi-rotor, we design and fabricate a horizontally movable multi-rotor. In addition, experiments on horizontal and rotational movements are conducted in two environments, the ground and the air. As a result, it is verified that the load sway suppression is possible using the multi-rotor.
