We are studying an endovascular active catheter for zenting. By introducing a 3D photolith forming device, it is now possible to easily change the shape of the fuselage's nodes, film thickness, and surface. In particular, the shape of the surface leads to elements such as securing blood flow and adjusting the amount of deformation by installing grooves that were difficult by hand.It was considered that the amount of deformation in the direction of the moving direction should be increased while minimizing the deformation in the endovascular wall direction at the time of expansion of the active catheter. Therefore, a method of adjusting the shape at the time of design by installing a groove in the outer membrane part is proposed. In addition, we are devising and designing multiple patterns according to the shape of the groove that enhances the durability of the fuselage surface and the adjustment application.
