The authors are developing a splay coated 2D tactile sensor, ScoTacS, for robots. The output signal of 2D sensor contains undesiravle vibration components due to the vibration of substrate. In this paper, we try to remove the vibration components by using a sensor with a flexible substrate. The authors also investigate high accurate conversion method from distributed model to concentrated constant model.
