Abstract
Many research projects on such as condensers, power generations and electronic transmissions have been proceeded toward practical use of the Space Solar Power System, which converts the sunlight into electricity in space then transmits to the ground. The report assumes construction of the rectenna sites oh the sea including the rectenna which receives microwaves (or lasers), and analyses points to achieve a basic performance of the rectenna site. In particular these are design conditions, fundamental techniques, assessment methods and relevant legislation for economic and safe operation of the rectenna sites on the sea.
