In this research, we takes a close-up of partial burden of legs in standing works and evaluates as oxygen metabolizing condition of muscular systems by near-infrared spectroscopy. In standing works, the insertion of the movement during the work and the use of the chair for standing work exerts a good influence on the continuation of the work is reported. So. it aims at the grope to the suitable working system from grasping of partial burden of legs and the various physiological functions by the difference in the unit working hours conditions in the same workshop and seating surface conditions. As a result, on the unit working hours of 25 and 55 seconds conditions by some inclinations of seating surface, the concentration of oxy-hemoglobin have increased calmly in muscular systems and these change have nearly corresponded to physiological function's change.
