Abstract
The purpose of this study is to evaluate the psychosomatic state of the driver through subjective assessment and objective assessment at driving on two condition roads (dry road and snowy road). The electret condenser microphone was used to measure driver's heart beat before and after driving. Driver's psychosomatic state was objectively evaluated by using heart beat, RRI(R R Interval) and CVRR (Coefficient of Variance of R R Interval). To execute a psychology measurement after driving, driver's psychosomatic state was subjectively evaluated. When driving on dry road, by comparing changing CVRR with a subjective assessment, these assessments to most subject's fatigue were corresponding. On the other hand, when driving on snowy road, result of comparing RRI with subjective assessment, it was found that several subjects felt stress. By comparing changing CVRR with a subjective assessment, these assessments to some subject's fatigue were corresponding. Subjects not corresponding are accustomed to driving on the snow road. It is because fatigue was not felt for that.
