Abstract
A pulse tube cryocooler without moving parts in the expander has the advantage over a stirling cryocooler on low vibration and long life. So it is widely used for space crafts and HTS devices. Recently Fuji Electric Group has developed a pulse tube cryocooler with cooling capacity of 2.5W-class at 70K, based on our technologies of the Stirling cryocoolers for the space crafts. This paper describes the main performance and an improvement effect of the developed pulse tube cryocooler about low vibration.
