We made a pulse tube refrigerator as well as 2 types Stirling refrigerator which applied 2 pistons. Refrigerator performance was investigated for several kinds of regenerator. Experimental result obtained a -20℃ of refrigerator achieving temperature for pulse tube refrigerator.
