In the thesis, the scheme of the system which incorporates the transportation dispatching system with the interlocking part was designed for the industrial railway. The modeling method based on the technique of the workflow was studied to realize the automation of the working process, the general workflow net (GWFN) was defined and expanded based on the standard workflow model to model the complex system, In the expanded model GWFN, the color was used to represent the messages flowed in the workflow net, the compounded color identifier variable was used to represent the individuals. The workflow model of the dispatching and controlling system of the industrial railway was testified, and the GWFN, was proved to be a better model with the better structure, better abstracting capability.
