This paper describes assessment of road tunnel fire accident by CFD analysis and simulation of evacuation. Assessment measure is a number of people requiring help (NPRH), who couldn't evacuate within 10 minutes from the fire start. NPRH changed greatly by tunnel length and tunnel slope, especially it is clarified that the fire accident of 1500m length tunnel is the most dangerous situation because of smoke falling and increase of longitudinal velocity. Emergency evacuation announcement is effective of reducing NPRH and NPRH are distributed a lot in the section from 400m to 450m away from the fire source.
