抄録
The purpose of this paper is to investigate the applicability of Critical Temperature Resistor (CTR) as a planer heater by using its unique characteristics of resistance decreases drastically at the transition temperature. It is verified that the surface temperature of the CTR planer heater is controlled at its transition temperature and its temperature distribution is less compared to a constant resistance planer heater under condition of constant current with serpentine geometry flow.
