This paper deals with an automatic generation method on equations of motion for railway vehicle. In the application to a forced steering truck due to linkage mechanism, it is shown that this program is useful to derive the equations of motion for a mechanism including some linkage mechanism. In order to validate the derived equations, the running behavior of the forced steering truck is calculated under the condition of curve negotiation and the results show the reasonable tendency about the steering effect.
