The disabled persons whose lower limbs are inconvenient often use wheelchairs when they go out. However, the use of wheelchairs now diffusing is for the inside or the vicinity. In this paper, to make them be possible to go out for a long distance, we study on the ride quality and the stability of the wheelchairs. The ride quality is discussed by clarifying the frequency response of the wheelchairs and the vibration that is transmitted to a human body from the wheelchairs. The stability is discussed by clarifying the action of a wheelchair rolled by the 6-axes actuator and the evaluation of the passenger's fear. And using the respects we get from those clarifications, we will propose how wheelchairs must be to have a nice ride quality and a good stability
