In the process of designing algorithms of the automated assistant system related to ITS, it is not so easy to generate the automated behavior that is suitable for drivers expectation. We focused the relationship between the vehicle behavior by driver's manual operation and automated vehicle behavior. For surveying these relationships, the experiments are carried out. By analyzing experimental data, the automated vehicle control should be required safer margin than the operation by driver manually.
