Abstract
This Paper proposes a total risk reduction strategy by hazardous point nearby operation. Hazardous point nearby operation isn't safe only Protective measures taken by the designer. Therefore suggest a Total risk reduction strategy (A human risk reduction measures and Protective measures). Appropriate risk reduction is enabled by suggesting safety technique information from operating worker to de-signer. Edge safety device is safety device in high place work. This was developed by specification suggested by operating worker. Hereby, Operating worker can get the residual risk that can support.
