Abstract
On the derailment caused at Nakameguro station of Teito Rapid Transit Authority on march 8,2000, a precise report was presented from the Committee investigating the derailment. The report shows many facts on the derailment in running on sharp curve with low speed. This paper proposes a method to improvement the safety against derailment of Shinkansen Rolling Stock running on sharp curves.
