The purpose of this project is clarify the coupled passenger-car body vibration in the bending mode, and proposes a new model to design lightweight and comfortable railway vehicles. In this study, it is clarified from the viewpoint of vibration riding comfort of the passenger to be a purpose in the coupled vibration between passenger and elasticity car body. The effect on passenger vibration by the coupled or uncoupled vibration between passenger and car body by the excitation experiment is shown.
